Project Overview:  

Mama Movement is an Australian activewear brand built on inclusivity, body positivity and joyful movement. Lucy’s relationship with the label began during her pregnancy, when MM first approached her to wear their maternity apparel. Aligning with the relatable label, she continued to showcase their range during postpartum while connecting authentically with the emotionally driven brand.

Already well known in her online sessions Australia-wide and studio classes for wearing bold, colourful activewear, Lucy motivated her followers to embrace colour through the label and became an ambassador for several Mama Movement campaigns and lines over the years - perfectly complementing the label’s fun, energetic voice and both inspiring confidence in women.

The partnership has grown into in-person appearances and creative projects, including delivering a signature Throwbacks dance session for Mama Movement’s 5th birthday celebration, and more recently collaborating on a design project that fuses the label’s ethos with her love of bold colour, positive vibes and vibrant movement. With further dance led campaigns and creative launches on the horizon, the collaboration continues to celebrate confidence, inclusivity and expressive movement.

Project Scope

Developed and executed the full creative concept
Choreographed dance flashmob and edited music medley
Directed costumes and provided mood boards
Led in-person rehearsals and recorded choreography breakdowns
Managed tech run, backstage coordination, and performance execution
Supported performers to feel confident and comfortable, and captured backstage BTS content for the team

Project Overview:  

Country Road Group is a design led lifestyle and fashion house known for modern, quality focused Australian design. For their end of year Christmas celebration at The Forum in Melbourne, the Group commissioned Lucy to create a surprise flashmob performance involving their upper management team, for their staff across all brands.

Lucy developed the full creative concept, choreographing an entertaining flashmob, editing the music medley, and directing costume concepts. She led in-person rehearsals at the Group’s head office and recorded choreography breakdown videos to support participants of all ages and experience levels.

On the night, Lucy oversaw the full execution - from the afternoon tech run and on stage rehearsal to backstage coordination and performance delivery. She ensured all performers felt comfortable and confident whilst bringing the surprise to life. The performance offered a fun and playful way to showcase the management team and successfully transformed the Group’s initial idea into a memorable, large-scale celebration rooted in creativity, inclusivity, and shared joy.
